Employee Order Form
Welcome to the YVF Employee Food Credit Redemption Shop! Below you will find the list of items available this quarter. Food items are offered by the case.
Each employee has a $200 credit to be applied towards the available items. Employees do not need to pay any cash to complete their purchase. The online order form will calculate the total order value, up to a $200 maximum, and automatically apply your $200 credit. Employees are not able to spend more than the $200 credit. The shop will not let you “check out” if your basket contains more than $200 worth of items.
If you do not spend the full $200, the balance of that credit will be lost. There is no carry forward from quarter to quarter.
